The role of the Chef involves customer service, creating and cooking the daily menu and function items, menu planning, completing food safety records and food processing records, stocktake and housekeeping. Basic coffee skills and previous experience in a café is preferred.
About you
Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery Experience in cleaning and stock handling. Food preparation skills Thorough understanding of OH&S and Food Safety practices Friendly, outgoing personality with a focus on customer servicePlease note: Public transport options are limited, own reliable transport is preferred. Need to be Double Covid vaccinated. Medical and Police Check will be required.
