Chef Manager
The Role at a glance:

 We are looking to add an experienced, enthusiastic chef manager to join our Corporate Chefs team in Action, MA. As a chef manager, you will have the opportunity to ensure that clients and customers needs are met.  This is a Monday - Friday operation in a professional dining account.  The account is small, oversees 1 hourly team member.  The hours are 6 am - 3 pm M-F.  Ideal for a Sous Chef looking for their next career move.

What you'll be doing: Addressing customer service needs.  Helping to hire and train new staff, and attending training sessions and meetings when required.  Assisting in the purchase of food and designing of menus. What we're looking for:

Must-haves: 

At least one year of prior experience working in a kitchen focused on cooking from scratch.  Strong communication and leadership skills.  Ability to manage your own schedule and schedules of others. 

 

Nice-to-haves:

Base: 60,000
