Sodexo Senior Living is seeking a Chef Manager to join our food service team for business in the region of Broomall / Southeastern Pennsylvania.  This is an excellent opportunity to grow your culinary career! The Chef Manager will report to the Executive Chef and supervise staffs of up to approximately 30 employees.  Candidates should be passionate, highly motivated, and enjoy client and resident interaction.

What You'll Do

The successful candidate will:

oversee the daily kitchen operations;be hands-on;ensure Sodexo Culinary Standards including recipe compliance and food quality;have high expectations for quality of food and presentation;have the ability and willingness to develop and train employees; andknowledge of Food Management Systems/Software is preferred.
