What You'll Do oversee daily operations of the kitchen (trayline and dining room service);perform tray assessments to ensure food quality, temperature and tray accuracy;handle food ordering and inventory;develop and maintain client and customer relationships;perform functions that include direct supervision of hourly associates including employee development.
