Position Summary:

Responsible for a creative menu and food preparation consistent with expectations of restaurant quality mealsPreparation of breakfast, lunch, and dinner mealsResponsible for the opening and closing of kitchenDuties also include general maintenance and sanitation of the kitchen

Minimum Requirements:

Formal culinary training preferred.Prior Sous Chef experience preferredRestaurant experience in fine dining establishment a plus
