Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Food Scientist responsible for generating product samples, incorporating recipe modifications, and evaluating and modifying manufacturing processes. You will prepare associated technical product documents and work with existing and newly discovered ingredients and technologies to support the development of new recipes and culinary solutions. Collaborate with R&D and Sales teams to generate innovative product ideas and develop samples to meet customer requests, including creating and presenting samples to customers.

You will work Monday to Friday, 40+ hours per week, with occasional evenings or Saturdays if necessary, from 8am to 5pm. You will report directly to the Director of R&D and be part of a team of 4. This is a full-time position based in Fullerton, with travel required 8-10 times per year to attend and present at Expos. The Fullerton facility focuses more on restaurant clients with cold fill lines, while the Orange facility is more retail-based with hot fill lines.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00
