Job Description

The role will be part of the NAM Application Engineering team in the Chemical and Monitoring
Solutions business. The individual will have strong communication skills as well as technical
expertise in controls, systems integration engineering and project management.

The selected candidate can be either remote or work locally at the Trevose, PA location.
 
In this role, you will:

Provide equipment recommendations, specifications, operational documentation, control algorithm programming, and general hardware and software supportWork with equipment system integrators and other equipment suppliers to develop and execute custom engineered solutionsTroubleshoot hardware and software problems for customers and/or the CMS field sales force via telephone or on-site at customer locationsDrive process improvement and enhancement tools to increase team’s productivityAssist the CMS field sales team with equipment proposals, providing system design recommendations, custom design scope, standard equipment selection, and other technical input, as required to meet customer application needsIncreasing quality sales opportunities by developing relationships with the field sales and service teams within assigned region and/or product focus areas.Manage vendor deliverable schedules to align with order commitments. Responsible for components logistic coordination on all custom NAM projects

QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering or technical discipline (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical or other technical discipline).At least 3 years of experience in water treatment.Fluent in English (written and verbal).Ability and willingness to travel throughout North America, typically less than 15% of the time, but occasionally higherPrior experience or working knowledge of Veolia IP products (True Sense / PaceSetter) or open market equivalent platformsAbility to implement enhancement solutions using self-developed tools and team tools utilizing G Suite

Energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent analytical, organizational, planning, problem solving and facilitation skills.Ability to utilize MS tools or G Suite to develop, edit, and prepare documentation related to projects.Ability to drive projects to completion with minimal oversight, while demonstrating significant problem-solving ability with an dedication to deadlines and commitments.Ability to speak effectively before groups and customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.Preference for AutoCAD, PLC programming and Water Treatment processes, controls and programming in chemical applications experience.
