We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented **Compounder** to play a key role in our production process. If you love hands-on work, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in creating top-tier products, this is the perfect opportunity for you! **What You’ll Do:** + **Master the Art of Mixing:** Prepare and process batches according to established formulas and specifications, ensuring consistency and quality in every product. + **Keep It Clean & Safe:** Maintain and sanitize all chemical processing equipment, pipes, pumps, and tanks. Follow safety procedures and GMP regulations. + **Work with Cutting-Edge Equipment:** Operate and troubleshoot mixers, pumps, scales, and temperature control systems.
