Overview

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a skilled Chemical Engineer to join their team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process of automotive glass, ensuring high-quality production standards and continuous improvement of processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and optimize chemical processes in glass production. Analyze raw materials and finished products for quality control. Collaborate with production teams to improve process efficiency and product quality. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards. Provide technical support in troubleshooting production issues. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field. Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably in automotive glass or a related industry. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
