Job Title: Chemical Engineer
Job Description

We are seeking a talented Chemical Engineer to interface with customers, understand their needs, and develop a scope of work. You will be responsible for providing technical solutions with existing systems to achieve desired outcomes, participating in design validation, and developing process improvement strategies based on laboratory data.

The candidate will work on-site every day at our R&D Facility in Hartland. Interaction with customers, vendors, engineers, chemists, and lab technicians is required. You will be involved at every level of the organization to develop plans based on the scope of work and validate that systems operate correctly to achieve desired results. Standard shift hours are Monday through Friday, with a flexible schedule starting around 7 a.m. to 8 a.m., working 40 to 45 hours per week. Additional hours may be required to meet deadlines or resolve issues. Weekend work is rarely required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
