Job Description

We have three openings for Plant Operators on the 2nd and 3rd shifts. This is a direct placement role with a starting pay rate of $20 per hour. The 2nd Shift operates from 2:00pm to 12:30am, Monday through Thursday, with Fridays off. The 3rd Shift starts Monday evening at 10:00pm and ends Friday morning at 8:30am, consisting of 10.5 hour days with a half-hour unpaid lunch.

ResponsibilitiesMeet with the 2nd shift foreman to review daily tasks.Train in different areas of the plant on various production procedures.Follow work instructions to mix pigments for paint.Wear a respirator during mixing operations.Lift bags weighing 50-60 lbs to load into the blender.Follow batch tickets with weights and procedures.Train to operate a paint kettle, pigment reactor, and grinding machine.Load bulk weigh stations.Utilize a computer to read SOPs and mixing procedures.Perform basic math calculations for batch weights.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $49920.00
