**Chemical Mixer ($20-23/hr.+)** **Job Description** We have three openings for Plant Operators on the **1st, 2nd and 3rd shift** . This is a direct placement role with a starting pay rate of **$20+per hour** . **Responsibilities** + Meet with the foreman to review daily tasks. + Train in different areas of the plant on various production procedures. + Follow work instructions to mix pigments for paint. + Wear a respirator during mixing operations. + Lift bags weighing 50-60 lbs to load into the blender. + Follow batch tickets with weights and procedures. + Train to operate a paint kettle, pigment reactor, and grinding machine. + Load bulk weigh stations. + Utilize a computer to read SOPs and mixing procedures. + Perform basic math calculations for batch weights. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** 1. Must be able to lift 60 lbs 2. Must be able to wear a respirator 3. Must have steel toe boots 4. Must have at least 2 years manufacturing experience 5.
