**Job Title: Chemical Mixer**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Chemical Mixer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with chemicals and have prior manufacturing experience. The role involves mixing, compounding, and blending chemicals in a safe and efficient manner.
**Responsibilities**
+ Mix and compound chemicals according to specified recipes and procedures
+ Ensure accurate batch making and record-keeping
+ Operate forklifts and other machinery as needed
+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment
+ Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety guidelines
+ Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
**Essential Skills**
+ Comfortable working with chemicals
+ Ability to speak and read English
+ Previous manufacturing experience
+ Good eyesight
+ Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Forklift experience is a plus
+ Computer literacy
+ Experience working in a furnace or strip line

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Warwick, Rhode Island.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.50/hr.
