Chemical Operator 3rd shift

Job Description:

SUMMARY

Set up, operate, or tend machines to mix or blend ingredients to make products by performing the following (but not limited to) duties.

Hours: Sunday - Thursday 8pm-6:30am and Friday 10pm to 6:30am, Open to OT as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIESRegulate machines, operate equipment and mix or blend ingredients according to formulation batch cards accurately to meet production and/or inventory levels.Maintain highest level of quality at all times.Collect samples from batch for laboratory testing.Responsible to clean machine and work station after each job.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).  Prefer three to six months related experience and/or training.

Computer Skills:

Knowledge and experience working on a computer, copier, scanner and fax machine; Familiar with Outlook Express, Excel, and Word; Knowledge and experience with UPS software helpful.

Other Qualifications:

Ability to speak and read English.Satisfactory background screening.Satisfactory drug screen.Medical clearance to wear a respirator.Satisfactory results in pre-employment tests.Must be able to work in the United States legally.Must be able to and agree to sign a non-compete non-disclosure agreement.
