As a Chemical Operator you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!
Primary Responsibilities
Set up, mix, and deliver production chemicals in alignment with process requirements.Work from written and verbal instructions to ensure accurate chemical composition.Safely remove and dispose of waste chemicals, solvents, and acids, following safety protocols.Perform maintenance of production furnaces and clean associated glass tubes and jungles.Profile furnaces to ensure optimal operational performance.Respond to and clean up chemical spills, adhering to safety procedures.Qualifications
Experience in a manufacturing or chemical handling environment preferred.Knowledge of chemical safety procedures and experience working with hazardous materials.Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with a high degree of accuracy.Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.Must be able to lift and handle chemicals and equipment safely.#IQ
