Job Title: Chemical Operator

SHIFTS AVAILABLE: 3rd (7p-7a, 2-3-3 rotating schedule)

Job Description

This position will be working in the extraction department. Extraction team members monitor equipment, follow sanitary practices, move and lift products into hoppers, and pack liquid products into various containers which are subsequently placed on pallets for shipment. The extraction process is similar to that of the dairy or alcohol industry.

ResponsibilitiesMonitor extraction equipment.Follow sanitary practices to ensure product safety.Move and lift products into hoppers.Pack liquid products into various containers for shipment.Work off batch sheets and follow SOPs.Essential Skills2+ years of extraction experience.Experience working in a food, flavor, chemical, or beverage environment.Experience working off of batch sheets.Experience and understanding of SOPs.Ability to lift 50 lbs.Forklift experience.Strong attendance history.Experience operating machines that run off PLC screens.Additional Skills & QualificationsExtraction experience.OSHA 10 hr certification.Why Work Here?

Very clean work environment. Candidates must wear safety gear including hard hats, ear plugs, hair nets, and steel-toed boots.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hamilton, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00
