Job Description

Your day could include any of the following:

Develop and implement innovative process engineering strategies and solutions for water and wastewater treatment projects.Oversee the design, simulation and optimisation of treatment processesProvide guidance on technical challenges and solutions, including advanced process technologies and sustainability practices.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their challenges and delivering tailored solutions.Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.Ensure designs and solutions meet safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

What are we looking for from you?

Relevant tertiary degree (essential) and RPEQ / RPEV, CPEng (highly regarded).Extensive years of relevant experience in the wastewater treatment industryStrong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, technologies, and environmental regulations in Australia and New ZealandProficiency in process engineering, data analysis, and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.Proven leadership and mentoring experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
