What You Will Do:
Review daily production schedules and ensures the raw materials required are availableFollow process instructions and accurately add raw materials to reactorsPerform routine observation of product during the process to ensure batch quality. Report any out-of-spec raw material, premixes or mixed batches and consults with Quality personnel on any batch adjustments.Properly clean out reactorsOperate fork trucks, palletizers, scales, pumps and other material handling equipment to transport raw material and finished productTransferring product into various containers including tanks, tank trucks, tote bins, drums etc.Perform building and equipment preventative maintenanceManage Autonomous Maintenance activitiesUnderstand and performs Lock/Out, Tag/Out (LOTO)Complete paperwork and enter batch information into SAPPerform other duties as assignedPosition Details:
Plant location: Fresno, TXWork week and shift: 12-hour rotational DuPont shiftCompensation package offered: $27 / hourMinimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent1 year of manufacturing experience working with systems, pumps, read meters, basic Quality Control data and to track mixing and quality information (mix logs, batch adjustments, etc.)1 year of experience performing basic Quality Control tests (take samples, perform pH tests) 1 year of experience simultaneously mixing several tanks and accurately complete related documentsNo Immigration Sponsorship available for this opportunityPhysical Demands:
