Job Description

The Packaging Technician will be responsible for receiving batch orders, weighing out materials, packaging, and documenting all orders and compounding batches. This role requires the technician to be on their feet all day, taking precise measurements and ensuring accuracy in documentation.

ResponsibilitiesReceive batch orders and weigh out materials for packaging.Take precise measurements and document all orders.Compound batches as per the received orders.Repackage and break down bulk orders.Ship and receive products in smaller quantities to customers.Operate sit down forklift and cherry picker.Perform general labor tasks, including picking and inventory management.Essential Skills1-2 years of experience in packaging or mixer batcher roles within a fast-paced production or warehouse environment.Proficiency in packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management.Ability to operate a sit down forklift and cherry picker.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with repackaging and breaking down bulk orders.Ability to work accurately and efficiently while on your feet all day.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment is climate controlled and requires closed toe shoes. You will be part of a team of 40-50 in production and warehouse, working from 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday. Occasionally, you may need to work an extra hour or two when required. The position includes two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute unpaid lunch. The environment is structured to ensure comfort and productivity, with rare weekend work.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00
