QualificationsBachelor's degree in Chemistry or other life science preferred.Candidates with an Associate's Degree need 2-3 years of experience working in a chemistry lab post-graduation.Job DescriptionMonitor inventory levels and schedule work orders using the ERP system.Create work orders, transfer materials, and decrement from the ERP system.Change and dispense materials for production as necessary.Participate in customer and regulatory audits, including OSHA and EPA.Maintain accurate and detailed product, process, instrument, and training records.Follow processes for manufacturing, storage, and transportation of chemicals.Handle regulated waste according to current protocols.Gather, interpret, and analyze scale readouts and scripts.Troubleshoot quality and delivery issues as they arise.Create materials to internal specifications and deliver throughout the facility.Adhere to waste disposal (RCRA) and hazardous material DOT regulations.Follow hazardous material spill response protocols.Participate in receiving, downloading, and uploading materials from tanker trucks into bulk tanks.Participate in the Hazardous Material Spill Response Team.Receive training in other chemistry instrumentation such as HPLC, GC, etc.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.84 - $28.19
