**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Chemical Technician to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role involve accurately weighing and mixing chemicals, interfacing with process control software, and handling packaging, labeling, and documentation of finished products. Candidates should be comfortable handling hazardous waste and chemicals. After training, you will work inside a 1000 class clean room, contingent on certification and conversion.
**Responsibilities**
+ Accurately weigh and mix chemicals using digital scales, pumps, filtration systems, and manual valves.
+ Interface with process control software and factory automation systems with assistance.
+ Package, label, and document finished products using computerized label printing machines, box lifters, and fork trucks.
**Essential Skills**
+ Hands-on experience with chemical handling, at least 6 months within a chemical environment.
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ Ability to follow operational instructions and material safety data sheets (MSDS).
+ Physically capable of handling 25-50 lbs.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in boxing and assisting on the packaging side.
+ Team-oriented and able to follow directions.
+ Experience in packaging, filling, labeling, and scanning.
+ Advanced skills in mixing chemicals in a cleanroom environment.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Work Environment**
This position is within a manufacturing environment. After training and certification, you will work inside a 1000 class clean room. The role requires the handling of hazardous waste and chemicals. The work involves the use of digital scales, pumps, filtration systems, manual valves, computerized label printing machines, box lifters, and fork trucks.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
