This role involves handling specialty chemicals and contributing to both laboratory and production processes. Responsibilities + Support the silicones manufacturing division + Handle and process specialty chemicals + Perform laboratory tasks and maintain GMP standards + Participate in the production processes + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures Essential Skills + Knowledge of chemical handling + Experience with manufacturing processes + Proficiency in chemistry principles + Familiarity with laboratory and production environments Additional Skills & Qualifications + AS in Chemistry preferred + Experience in chemical manufacturing preferred Work Environment You will be working in a clean environment within a small team of 30 members. This role is part of a newly acquired business line, with the opportunity for permanent employment. The position involves day shifts with required overtime. The team has been retained from the acquisition of BioMed Sciences. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
