This position is based at the Kemin facility located in Russia (SEZ Lipetsk). The Chemist is responsible for the quality control of raw materials, in-process & final products using their skills to test and analyze raw materials or products in a laboratory and manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities Ensure that all the raw materials at incoming stage are inspected & tested according to the proceduresTest all incoming, in-process and final products according to the procedures with the test equipment as specifiedAnalyze & evaluate all testresults on conformity & act accordinglyEnsure that all the testresults are maintained to show evidence of conformity or non-conformity to the specified requirementsEnsure that all the raw materials are issued to production department only after necessary inspection tests are done and results are matching with raw materials specificationsEnsure that all the test equipment used in quality control departments are calibrated & maintained on a daily basisKeeping of laboratory documentation Qualifications Higher chemical educationRelevant experience not less 3 yearsKnowledge of liquid chromatography (additional knowledge of gas chromatography will be an advantage)Pre-Intermediate knowledge of EnglishKnowledge of incoming controlA confident PC user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
