Job DescriptionPerform analytical and physical tests on formulated products.Set up and maintain laboratory equipment such as HPLC, GC, particle size detectors, and viscometers.Train and supervise lab technicians and chemists in proper analytical procedures.Ensure tests are performed accurately and timely.Develop and maintain procedures to comply with ISO 9000 and ISO standards.Follow and enforce company policies and safety regulations.Emphasize the importance of safe work habits, including wearing necessary safety equipment.Work towards maximum productivity and the highest standard of quality.Search for ways to increase efficiency and reduce costs, reporting ideas for cost savings to management.Prepare data for import into computer systems to generate reports.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
