The Product Development Tech Transfer Chemist/Professional– R&D will be reporting to the Dir, Product Development. The incumbent will be assisting the lab development, scale up and tech transfer efforts for a wide variety of topical **skin care products** , including both **OTC and cosmetic treatments.** **Main Areas of Responsibilities** + Perform **process development, stability studies** , scale up studies on the bench and pilot scale. + Write process development reports and protocols for process qualification. + Participate in **process validation** as needed. + Interact with cross functional teams such as Quality, CMO, Project Management, Supply Chain etc. for coordinating R&D efforts. **Required Skills/Qualification** + 3-5 years of industry experience in **process development and scale up** of cosmetic products. + Familiarity with bench formulation + Validation Experience + Cosmetic Industry experience **Preferred Skills:** + Manufacturing and statistical analysis. **Education** + BS in Chemical engineering, chemistry or equivalent **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
