Job Responsibilities--

Assist in setting up experiments for battery testing, including configuring test cells, designing experimental plans, and carrying out data collectionConduct data analysis on battery cycling results to evaluate performance using standard analysis techniques and programming toolsSupport the preparation of reports on the performance of various batteries by contributing to the presentation of findings

Basic Qualifications--

Must be a high school student enrolled full-time in an accredited degree-seeking program with focus in Chemistry, Physics or a related program and continue to be enrolled full-time the semester following the internship.Laboratory skills in chemistry and/or a related scienceProgramming proficiencies in Python or MatlabSustained excellence in academic performance

Preferred Qualifications--

Strong understanding of mathematical methods for data analysisPrior experience synthesizing organizing and reporting complex data topicsDemonstrated interest in serving the publicExperience working in a professional settingAbility to work both independently and in group settings
