Chemistry Lab Technician
Chemistry Lab TechnicianJob Description We are seeking a dedicated Chemistry Lab Technician to generate and evaluate lab-scale samples, support report writing, and provide relevant information for further decisions. The role involves troubleshooting and maintaining equipment needed for routine sample analysis, maintaining appropriate logs, notebooks, and other records, and supporting the conduct of GLP studies for regulatory needs. Candidates must understand and follow EHS SOPs and Responsible Care rules, regulations, and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing multiple tasks, working effectively with more than one technical supervisor, and providing timely results to assure the quality of products shipped to customers. Candidates should have 1-3 years of wet-chemistry and/or laboratory experience. Responsibilities + Generate and evaluate lab-scale samples. + Support report writing and study tasks. + Troubleshoot and maintain equipment needed for routine sample analysis. + Maintain appropriate logs, notebooks, and other records. + Support the conduct of GLP studies for regulatory needs. + Understand and follow EHS SOPs and Responsible Care rules, regulations, and guidelines. + Manage multiple tasks and work effectively with more than one technical supervisor. + Provide timely results to assure the quality of products shipped to customers. + Work with team members to conduct sample analysis, evaluate data, and maintain instruments. + Perform routine tasks such as taking care of waste, ordering supplies, scanning raw data, organizing laboratories, and supporting study setups.
