Job Overview: Physics/Calc Tutor -- Part-Time
RESPONSIBILITIES
Be able to provide a session report for our office and families within twenty-four hours of each tutoring session.Effectively and comprehensively teach HS Calculus. Ability to tutor Chemistry, Physics, and college level Calculus a plus.Teach executive, organizational, and study skills to the student.Service existing clients' concerns, questions, and requests.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Ideally 2 years of experience in the education field and industryIdeally of 2 years of experience in tutoring/teaching in specialized education fieldCredentialed tutors and/or graduate degrees are a plus but not a requirementExperience with basic Database/ Data EntryBe able to create and/or utilize lesson plansHaving a personality that is suited for different types of studentsStrong administration skillsStrong typing, PC and recording skillsHaving reliable transportation with current car insurance is a mustAccess to the internet, a computer, and a smart phoneCOMPENSATION
$17-$25/hr+. We offer competitive rates. Pay based on qualifications and student's needs.
