**Job Title: Picker Forklift Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a diligent Picker Forklift Operator responsible for the timely and accurate processing of order fulfillment for direct-to-consumer, wholesale distributors, and stock transfers. **Responsibilities** + Follow and adhere to order fulfillment and scanning guidelines, maintaining focus and accountability on movement of inventory through a handheld scanner. + Prepare shipments by palletizing, wrapping, and banding as directed. + Operate stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, order selectors, and pallet jacks. + Proactively communicate all issues related to products and orders to distribution center leadership. + Assist in meeting established KPI metrics as they apply to order fulfillment. + Ensure all organizational safety rules and guidelines are followed. + Maintain a clean, safe working environment for all warehouse associates by practicing Clean-As-You-Go (CAYGO). + Perform other warehouse duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Experience in operating forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, and electric pallet jacks. + Proficiency in inventory control and material handling. + Understanding of basic Microsoft Office and other job-related applications. + Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. + Ability to stoop, bend, and lift 50lbs. + Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment and effectively communicate with team members. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or GED preferred; 2+ years of warehouse experience is also acceptable. + Prior warehouse experience preferred. **Why Work Here?** Join our team to experience a supportive and dynamic work environment where your contributions are valued.
