Currently hiring for a CHHA for per diem,full time hours 9-5 in Somerset, NJ with the opportunity for overtime on the weekend. 

Responsibilities of the Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)

Provide client care according to approved Plan of Care prepared by an RN.Assist clients with daily personal needs including, but not limited to: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting activities, feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, and transportationComply with all written and mobile documentation and recordkeeping requirements

Requirements of the Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)

NJ CHHA certification requiredCurrent CPR certificationCurrent Physical with documented PPD or Chest X-RayValid driver's license with an insured automobileSmartphoneMust be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pullVaried assistance is required depending on the mobility of the clientMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds
