SUMMARY:
Ensure that all food safety procedures are followed and food prepared in a timely manner to Chic Fil A standards. Work with your fellow team members to ensure that guests are satisfied as well as maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.  This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity). 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:PREP - Responsible for the preparation of food and products such as: lettuce, carrots & cabbage mixture, fruit cups, salads, lemonade, tea, chicken for grilled market salads, and all other products that require advance preparation. This person can also assist with stocking needs for Front and Back of the House.Utilities - Responsible for assisting in breaks for team members, ensuring clean storefront, taking out garbage, retrieving needed items and products from dry storage, or coolers/freezers.Breader - Responsible for thawing, rotating, filleting, and breading chicken. Should maintain a clean breading table, sift coater, prepare milk and egg wash, and ensure coater and milkwash is at the appropriate level. Fries - Responsible for cooking, salting and boxing Waffle fries.Machines - Responsible for cooking the chicken products, setting all timers when the chicken products are removed from the pressure cookers, responsible for the Quick Clean of each Henny Penny and communicates chicken product needs to Boards and Breader.Boards - This back of the house position is responsible for reading monitors and building the orders, understanding the business flow and ensuring there is enough food to meet the demand, communicating product needs to the breader, producing products within brand quality standards.Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the duties and responsibilities satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Minimum age requirement is 18.Must have good people skills and a well-groomed appearance.  Must read, write, speak and understand EnglishValid Nevada Health card required.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:High School Diploma preferred.No prior experience required.
