**Responsibilities**
Lead conceptualization and development of innovative business and care models that align incentives towards achievement of excellent outcomes in quality, safety, provider, and patient experience
+ Responsible for clinical and operational performance across the continuum of care, including the growth and development of systems of care as well as achievement of clinical performance improvement.
+ Provide leadership and guidance in the ongoing implementation of flexible, innovative physician alignment strategies to foster a commitment to clinical quality and patient safety, enhance patient experience, and promote creation of long-term partnerships with physicians.
+ Champion quality and safety efforts within the organization, and ensure implementation of clinically reliable process standards and patient experience improvements.
+ Ensure alignment of performance with the practices and standards of excellence and determine interventions necessary to improve performance.
+ Provide input on the design of risk-based arrangements, including identification of payers to approach for fee for value contracts.

**Requirements**
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
+ Physician MD/DO obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed.
Education:
+ Bachelor's degree with 10 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 5 of those years being in leadership/management.
**Additional Preferences**
**Work Experience:**
+ 10 years of experience required.
+ 15 years of experience preferred.
+ 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
