Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Chief Clinical Officer to lead and execute clinical strategies aimed at improving access to pharmacy care and health outcomes in underserved communities. This role will oversee the delivery of telehealth services, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and standards of care, while collaborating with the executive team to integrate clinical operations with overall organizational goals.
ResponsibilitiesDrive and implement clinical strategies that enhance access to pharmacy care and improve health outcomes in underserved communities.Supervise the provision of telehealth services, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, CMS regulations, and standards of care.Partner with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to align clinical operations with the organization's overarching goals.Act as the principal clinical advisor to the executive team and the advisory board.Create and uphold clinical guidelines, protocols, and best practices for managing chronic diseases, promoting medication adherence, and delivering mental health services.Assess and enhance the quality of care through data-driven insights to achieve better patient outcomes.Essential SkillsDoctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)MBA or MHA OR equivalent director level experienceMinimum of 10 years of experience in clinical leadership roles, preferably in telehealth, pharmacy services, or hospital systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in telehealth, pharmacy services, or hospital systems.Experience in chronic disease care management.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $160000.00 - $210000.00/yr.
