Chief Concierge - Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur at KL Midtown

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Chief Concierge is responsible to ensure in the smooth and efficient running of the Concierge and Bell Desk within the Rooms Division. The role requires to handle guest and associate enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems and if no immediate solution can be found, the Chief Concierge to provide a prompt follow-up.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel or Tourism Management.
• 2-3 years in a similar role with international 5-star chain hotel.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.
