You will work hand in hand with the Director of Operations to ensure the design and functionalities of Mission Control’s systems have clear and defined pathways by which operators can integrate their daily work into Shift4’s current business and operational processes. As part of the Chief Engineer duties, you will also lead operations from within the Mission Control room as part of our operations team as needed.
