This role is vital in delivering high-quality guest experiences while upholding Hyatt's commitment to excellence. **Responsibilities** + Oversee all engineering operations and maintenance activities within the hotel. + Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance of all equipment. + Manage engineering projects from conception through completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. + Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. + Maintain compliance with safety regulations and standards related to high voltage systems and mechanical operations. + Provide leadership, training, and support to engineering staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence. + Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement or repair needs.
