Qualifications Read, write, speak and understand EnglishHotel, institutional, HVAC systems experience of 3-4 years preferredRefrigeration, HVAC certification or journeyman level experiencePrevious management or supervisory experience of 3-5 yearsWorking knowledge of electrical, mechanical, emergency, preventative maintenance systems and all related disciplinesBasic computer skills, administrative skillsMeet minimum age requirement of jurisdictionAbility to communicate effectively with public and other employeesValid driver’s license preferred Benefits
