Akima Intra-Data is seeking a Chief Facility Engineer to help with facility operations in St. Louis MO. **Responsibilities** + The Chief Facility Engineer is responsible for the overall management and operation of the mechanical, life safety, electrical, and plumbing operations. + The CFE is a full-time, on-site position. **Qualifications** + The CFE must be a licensed and registered Professional Engineer and possess a minimum of 7 years of experience as a CFE in facilities similar to the size, scope and complexity of the N2W and its associated grounds. + Experience with LEED Certified Office Buildings in excess of 500K square feet. + Experience with monitoring and implementing energy conservation measures. + Experience Installing “Green” energy projects with a drive to become carbon neutral. + Experience operating in a CMMS system. Experience in ARCHIBUS a plus. + Experience with State-of-the-Art Building Management systems. + Experience with Operating, Replacing, and Repairing all sizes of chillers, power generators, pumps, motors, air handlers, HVAC units, and UPS systems. + Experience with LEED for Building Operations and Maintenace.
