Job Summary:We are seeking a Chief Finance Officer to oversee all financial aspects of our organization. The CFO will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, financial analysis, and risk management. This role will play a key part in strategic decision-making and ensuring the financial health and stability of the company.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's degree preferred)Proven work experience as a CFO, Finance Officer, or similar roleStrong leadership and management skillsExcellent knowledge of financial regulations, accounting practices, and financial softwareExceptional analytical and problem-solving abilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsStrategic thinking and decision-making capabilitiesResponsibilities:Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policiesManage and monitor all financial operations of the companyProvide financial insights to support business decisionsEnsure compliance with financial regulations and standardsOversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow managementConduct financial analysis and risk assessmentsCollaborate with other department heads to drive financial performanceReport financial results to the executive team and stakeholdersLead and develop the finance teamAdditional Requirements:CPA or CFA certification is a plusExperience in non profit healthcareProven track record of driving financial growth and profitabilityAbility to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesPlease note this position is posted on behalf of our partner practices.
