Job Summary: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company, including financial planning, management of financial risks, record-keeping, and financial reporting. The CFO will provide strategic financial leadership and ensure the company's financial health and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to guide decision-making.Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with GAAP or IFRS.Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, including liquidity, credit, and market risks.Capital Management: Oversee capital structure, investment strategies, and funding requirements.Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.Stakeholder Relations: Communicate financial performance and strategy to stakeholders, including the board of directors, investors, and regulatory bodies.Mergers and Acquisitions: Evaluate and execute mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic financial initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.10+ years of experience in financial leadership roles.Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial regulations.Proven experience in strategic planning and execution.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.What We Offer:

The pay range for this position is $175000.00 - $225000.00
Benefits - company will have the ability to offer full medical, dental, health, vision and 401k benefits for this individual. Bonus opportunity will be based on company and individual performance
