What do you contribute?
As Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Siemens Mobility AB in Sweden, you will have a holistic responsibility for all financial and commercial activities of Siemens Mobility in Sweden. Managing three employees, you will report to the CFO of Region North-East Europe and act as the trusted partner of the CEO Siemens Mobility AB in Sweden.
You will govern, manage and monitor all financial and commercial activities within the company and ensure an effective risk management and internal control system. You will partner with the management team to drive financial performance against challenging goals. Moreover, you will act as investor's advocate by protecting the assets of the company and drive sustainable value creation. You will ensure an efficient capital, financing and tax management. Also, you will manage financial planning and reporting cycles in line with stated guidelines and policies and drive improvement initiatives. You will lead, develop and motivate the teams and make people development an absolute priority. You will drive digitalization and support the development of our financial back-office solutions and systems.What do you bring along?
You hold a master’s degree in an economic discipline. Additionally, you impress us with longtime professional commercial experience and network within Siemens. You have proven leadership skills and the ability to use a broad variety of leadership skills and styles. Furthermore, you possess strong experience from accounting processes, financial control and reporting activities shown through performing value-adding analysis, driving business insights and improvements. You are experienced with all commercial aspects related to sales phase as well as with different business models and commercial project management methodologies. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all members of an organization as well as external stakeholders and business partners. You dare to speak up and play an active role in the development and optimization of the Siemens Mobility organization in Sweden. You are fluent in written and spoken English. Swedish language skills will be a strong advantage.What do we offer you?
