Our client is now looking to appoint a commercially focussed CFO to help them capitalise on the excellent reputation the company now occupy across the healthcare sector. In essence the role will involve the following:

Set up policy and procedures to monitor the use of agency staff at service level in the group. Ensure company ethos continues to eliminate or minimise the use of agency staff in order to maximise material savings.

Negotiate and agree all key company supplier contracts delivering material savings each year.

Regularly monitor and review the company KPIs exception reports focusing on poor performing areas ensuring timely action to improve the company profitability.

Dealing with the banks and other external parties on a daily basis. Including the company auditors for all high level yearend audit queries to enable the accounts sign off.

Overseeing the company's growing property portfolio through a mix of acquisitions and new builds. In depth knowledge of property development, acquisitions and management, with responsibility for rental income and full project management, including assisting with all financing, negotiations, ensuring project completion on time and to budget.
