The Wisconsin Market Growth & Strategy Leader is responsible for driving accretive growth across all lines of business within the Wisconsin market. In this role, you will serve as a key strategic partner to the Wisconsin Market Leader, Wisconsin P&C Practice Leader, and the HUB MWW Executive Management Team (EMT), contributing to the execution of the HUB Wisconsin Market Strategic Business Plan.
Job Responsibilities
Work closely with Sales Leaders and Producers on strategies to drive new business and retain existing clients.Assist in preparing for prospect meetings, developing compelling pitches, and presenting tailored solutions to potential clients.Engage in business development strategies to expand client portfolios.Support insurance marketing strategies and negotiations for both prospects and clients at risk of loss.Lead proposal development and finalist presentations for notable prospects and clients in jeopardy.Source and attract high-caliber Producer talent to fuel business growth.Actively recruit Account Management and Brokerage talent to strengthen service delivery and operational excellence.Partner with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and development of new hires.Identify and build relationships with agency principals to explore M&A opportunities.Engage with team leaders seeking new partnerships, fostering discussions that align with HUB’s acquisition goals.Lead outreach efforts to source potential agency and team acquisitions.Promote HUB brand within key Wisconsin market influence circles, ensuring increased visibility and engagement.Develop and implement strategies to elevate HUB’s brand presence, focusing efforts on areas that deliver the greatest impact.Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to strengthen HUB’s market positioning and influence.Qualifications
At least 10 years of progressive, successful sales experience; majority must be within an agency, brokerage or consulting firmCan institute effective employee development procedures which address training, processes and procedures, E&O avoidance, continuing education, recruiting, hiring and disciplinary actionsA consultative, positive and resourceful approach to dealing with prospect, clients and associatesStrong visibility within the communities we serveHighly developed organization and time management skillsExcellent listening skillsStrong written, verbal & interpersonal communication skillsPublic speaking and presentation experienceStrong degree of self motivationDemonstrated ability to lead/motivate othersIs influential and persuasive with the ability to partner across HUB and work well with segment and other practice leadersEducation
