As the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) at Post Consumer Brands, you will lead a $2 billion business unit focused on Ready To Eat Cereal and Nut Butters. Our diverse portfolio includes beloved brands like Honey Bunches of Oats, Fruity Pebbles, Malt-O-Meal, Raisin Bran, and Peter Pan Peanut Butter. You'll have the opportunity to: Innovate and Inspire: Develop groundbreaking strategies that redefine the cereal and nut butter categories, delighting consumers and setting industry trends. Drive Results: Lead the charge in identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities, ensuring sustained growth and profitability across our extensive product range. Collaborate and Lead: Work alongside a passionate executive team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and agility in a volatile marketplace. Key Responsibilities: Enterprise Leadership: Lead and develop the North American and International Brand Management, Consumer Insights, and Creative Studio organizations. Establish a strategic growth plan that delivers Net Sales and EBITDA growth for our full portfolio of products. Talent Development: Cultivate talent within the organization, setting high standards and processes for evaluation and management. Building the Business: Drive brand management initiatives that expand product distribution, increase brand awareness, and boost household penetration and repeat purchases. Direct integrated marketing investments across all media channels, including retail/grocery campaigns, social media, digital, print, PR, and sampling. Market Analysis and Innovation: Assess market opportunities and trends to develop and implement strategic marketing and product innovation plans. Oversee market research and analysis, including market segments, buying trends, competitor analysis, and consumer insights. Qualifications MBA in marketing or a related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience in progressively complex brand management roles within a CPG company. Proven success in multiple product categories and varied brand portfolios. Strong business acumen, leadership, and integrity. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Visionary with a driven personality, highly analytical, strategic, creative, and hands-on.
