Chief Instrument Designer
Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Review project schedules with the Chief Instrument Engineer to ensure realistic dates and requirements, prepare project-specific standards and job notes, and maintain a drawing index for instrumentation design drawings. Design Review and Approval: Design, produce, and approve instrument drawings, air distribution schedules, cable block diagrams, and other relevant documents, ensuring quality and compliance with client and company specifications. Database and Documentation Management: Maintain the instrument design database and drawing register, produce and approve hook-up drawings, installation detail drawings, location drawings, and loop diagrams, and manage instrument requisitions and BOM. Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with engineers, CAD operators, and instrument designers to implement design intent, address technical issues, and suggest improvements for efficiency and service. Assist the Chief Instrument Engineer with estimates, progress assessment, and manpower control, while staying updated on industry developments. Qualifications and Experience: 
In-Tools 6.0 or Higher Smart Plant Review Microsoft Packages 10 Years minimum experience
