This role will focus on aligning our diverse talent, building a cohesive working environment, and ensuring a seamless model for collaboration, creativity, and innovation. By breaking down silos and promoting effective communication and teamwork, the CIO will empower our global teams to work as one integrated network, delivering exceptional value to clients while advancing our organizational goals. **Responsibilities** **Integration Strategy & Leadership:** + Develop and execute a comprehensive integration strategy that aligns talent, resources, and processes across the organization, ensuring consistent and high- quality delivery of integrated services to clients. + Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration between various agencies and offices, ensuring a seamless experience for both internal teams and clients. + Identify opportunities for synergies between teams and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and performance across the Health network. + Work closely with senior leadership to define integration goals, track progress, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives. **Talent and Team Collaboration:** + Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation by connecting talent across different geographies, backgrounds, and skillsets. + Partner with Resource Management to ensure that teams are set up to collaborate effectively on both strategic and tactical levels, enabling smooth and productive working relationships regardless of geographic location. + Drive the integration of diverse talent pools, encouraging knowledge sharing, best practices, and cross-office mentorship to create a unified, high-performing global workforce. **Global Workforce Enablement:** + Develop and implement systems and processes that enable seamless collaboration and communication across different time zones and cultures. + Identify and implement tools and technologies that support real-time collaboration, knowledge sharing, and project management across our global network. + Provide guidance and leadership in managing cross-border teams, ensuring cultural sensitivities are respected while maximizing global efficiencies. **Process Optimization:** + Standardize and streamline processes across agencies to ensure that work flows smoothly and is consistently delivered at the highest standard. + Continuously assess and refine operational workflows to eliminate bottlenecks, improve turnaround times, and increase client satisfaction. + Implement best practices for project management, resource allocation, and talent utilization across offices and regions. **Client-Centric Integration:** + Champion integrated marketing solutions that leverage the full spectrum of the company’s capabilities, ensuring that clients receive a seamless, unified experience. + Act as a strategic partner to clients by aligning internal resources to meet their needs with speed, quality, and consistency. + Ensure that integrated teams work cohesively on client campaigns and projects, providing clients with innovative, impactful, and holistic healthcare advertising strategies. **Change Management & Continuous Improvement:** + Lead change management initiatives to support the integration of new processes, technologies, and ways of working across the network. + Continuously assess and refine integration strategies to ensure the organization remains agile, adaptable, and responsive to evolving client needs and market trends. + Measure the success of integration initiatives and use data-driven insights to drive ongoing improvements. **Qualifications** + 10+ years of leadership experience in the healthcare advertising, marketing, or communications industries, with a proven track record of driving cross-functional integration in a global, multi-agency environment. + Experience managing complex global teams across multiple offices, cultures, and time zones. + Strong background in project management, operations, and organizational development. + Experience with digital tools and platforms that support collaborative work and project management in a remote or hybrid setting. + Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams across geographies and functional areas. + Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change, optimize workflows, and align teams to business goals. + Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional projects and initiatives. + Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with both internal teams and external clients. + Knowledge of the healthcare advertising landscape, including regulations, trends, and challenges, is a plus. **Additional information** Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
