An established retail manufacturing company is hiring a Chief Marketing Officer in Orlando, 32801. This is a permanent “Direct Hire” position. Compensation is estimated up to $165,000.00 + full benefits. Salary is negotiable.

About the position: The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is responsible for collaborating with the sales team and executive leadership to develop and implement marketing strategies to assist in sales goals. Lead a marketing team (approx 10) through advertising strategies using social media; X formerly known as Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Youtube, Facebook, etc) A CMO with experience in consumer packaging is required. Leadership qualities: responsive, team player willing to collaborate, develop or co-develop strategies. Some international sales & marketing.

Minimum Requirements
Consumer packaging experience
10% – 15% travel (mostly trade shows)
5+ years of leadership experience
10+ years marketing / advertising
