A joint initiative by USAID and the DOS, the Partnership for Global Infrastructure (PGI) will focus on development of transformative economic corridors to maximize impact of public dollars and create opportunities for private sector engagement by de-risking several targeted and interlinked investments.

The goal of this four-year planned project is to lead to more beneficial economic participation by vulnerable and marginalized people and increased growth of key sectors within strategic trade corridors and the agriculture sector.

The PGI seeks to achieve the following objectives:

• Accelerated movement of infrastructure projects from conception to feasibility to financing and implementation.
• Increased financing for priority infrastructure investments.
• Improved policies, laws, and regulations that unlock specific infrastructure investment
• Increased regional coordination and investment in complementary priority sectors along key economic corridors

In pursuit of this opportunity, CDM Smith seeks a Chief of Party who will be responsible for the overall management and administration of the Task Order and will serve as the primary point of contact with USAID. The Chief of Party will provide overall leadership and manage the Contractor’s efforts to achieve the activity results. They will guide day-to-day implementation and management to ensure timely, relevant, high-quality services of the contract.
