Chief of Staff

Contract Duration: 4+ Months

Required Skills & Experience 6-8 years of experience as an Analyst with strong project management skills. Experience working as a Chief of Staff or Analyst in an enterprise environment, engaging regularly with and and managing tasks for very senior executives. Very experienced PowerPoint user. Abiity to present material to senior stakeholders. Very advanced Excel skills (including VLOOKUP, macros, pivot tables) and ability to manage big data sets and analyze. Project management, including collecting artifacts, doing follow ups from meetings, ensuring delivery. Experience in controls, including maker/checker, procedures and documentation. What You Will Be Doing Create PowerPoint decks based on multiple data sets. Analyzing data in Excel using VLOOKUP, macros, and pivot tables. Creating detailed documentation on processes that will be audited. Collect documentation artifacts like meeting details, email approvals, and notes.
