Our client, a growing, innovative hedge fund, seeks a dynamic Chief of Staff to join their team in their NYC office. The ideal candidate possesses previous leadership experience in a CAO or Chief of Staff role, as well as past strategic HR work within a small financial services firm. This candidate will be managing both compensation & benefits plan design and development, as well as leading talent strategy and designing a high performance organization. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work with senior leadership, and the ability to align talent strategy to overall company goals are characteristics that will allow someone to excel in this position. Bachelors' degree, required.Previous experience managing employee relations and talent management.Previous Chief of Staff or CAO positions, highly preferred.Strong written and verbal communications skllls, as well as the ability to cultivate strong relationships with executives.

The salary range for this role is $200k-$225k.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
